Freddy Dheays established (International Car Center) In Qatar in 1973 after the establishment of Top Cars GmbH with partner Erich Schulz in Essen Germany in 1971.
ICC and Top Cars were some of the first exotic car dealerships in Qatar & Germany specializing in European imports and custom orders. ICC catered to the affluent society of Doha and surrounding countries importing automotive excellence from Germany and other parts of Europe diversifying the market and grew into expanding its inventory to yachts, fine jewelry and antiques.
ICC & Top Cars flooded the automotive market from the late 70s till the mid 2000s changing the car scene between the two continents embarking on thriving trade.

Steve grew up in the automotive industry, he has a vast interest and passion for cars, he is eager to follow the footsteps of his predecessors and bring the classic scene to the future.
His passion to connect true collectors with automotive excellence is his calling and in his belief his pure purpose
